Built strong relationship between private US based software company and Government client after delay of £36M Software as a Service “SAAS” programme. Set up Governance for joint Bentley / Highways England reporting structure at Programme and Board level. Mobilised joint team plan to deliver client IT Asset Management system for Highways England users. Tracked Requirements, through Design and Application Development, Security protocols, Contract Management, against Quality Business Processes into Service and Bentley-Systems-logosupport. Developed Test and Training Strategies to ensure successful Release Management into Service Management. Used PRINCE 2, MSP, ISO 270001, and ITIL principles to enable practical delivery. Succeeded in gaining programme plan approval from client and handed over to new Programme Director.
